When placing your order please double check your delivery address that we will send your package. Orders are sent via courier and estimated delivery is 24 - 14 Business days within New Zealand. Once your order is packed and dispatched you will be sent tracking details. Couriers DO NOT delivery to P.O.Boxes and we DON'T offer RD (Rural Delivery)
Pick Up is available from our shop in Feilding (NZ), once payment has been made in full.
We DO NOT ship to Stewart Island, Waiheke Island or Internationally, Sorry.
REFUND AND RETURN
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact us, we are happy to offer a refund for the regular product purchase price. Shipping costs are non refundable. For refund you must return item in original condition with 30 days or purchase date. Once item has been recieved we can issue a refund for the cost of the product.
